Vanessa Porter - AKA V is for Ventura - knows the ins and outs of the Ventura County real estate market. She was recognized as a record setter and named in the Top 1% of Realtors for all of Ventura County in Q1 of 2024. By Q2, she was placed in the Top 20 producing Realtors for the City of Ventura, and Top 100 for all of Ventura County. These accolades are merely a reflection of her unending commitment to making real estate an enjoyable and enriching experience for her clients.
She has managed over 40 transactions in the last four years, including: first time homebuyers, relocated Angelenos, single family homes, multi-family properties, investment properties, HOA/Condos, dockside homes, divorce listings, replacement properties, vacant land properties, and beyond. Additionally, she serves as an Asset Manager for a real estate investment company, overseeing the remediation and sale of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties across the states.
Vanessa Porter’s experience is broad and her clients reap the benefits of having a Realtor with a background of 10+ years in Sales, Marketing, and Events. Vanessa graduated from Pepperdine University with a BA in Intercultural Communications and a minor in Social Work. Her first job out of college was working at a women’s homeless shelter, where she witnessed the importance of having a roof over one’s head. She believes housing should be for everyone, and donates a portion of her proceeds from every transaction towards Turning Point Ventura’s River Haven. River Haven is a self-governing community of formerly-homeless people that live in 26 independent cleverly-designed Geodesic domes.
When she’s not working, you can find Vanessa either playing with her joyous daughter Emerson at the beach or with her husband Nick on the golf course…. But even then, she’s probably working.
